Deepanshu the “Self-care guy” and the very first employee at Pumraw, has interest in music and travel. Ask him about his winter Kedar kantha trek and he could go on and on about his adventures. Fitness is his jam, inspires everyone to be fit and healthy by his great body transformation story (He is our GYM freak). Working out helps him stay pumped and clear-headed.
In the workplace, Deepanshu keeps things upbeat and makes sure the daily grind never hits a sour note.

Namrata the “Caffeine Queen”, Mastermind who somehow combines caffeine and curiosity. With two years of experience, she’s handling everything from employee questions to the great coffee machine mystery.
On weekends, she’s on a quest to find the best street food and still figuring out her true superpower—probably something involving coffee and multitasking!
Her friends say she’s silent but mischievous (Silent mess maker) but in a cute way! Always catching the smallest details—like someone’s perfume smells nice or attire is rocking

Say hello to Shyama, a creative force that has a way of transforming routine events into thrilling experiences. She spends her free time shopping, hanging out with friends, visiting temples, and probably all in one weekend, that is when she’s not traveling to new locations or learning the art of video animation. Shyama is a badminton player by day and an avid viewer of Emily in Paris by night. Her creative spirit shines through in anything she does. She’s well-known for being outgoing and insatiably curious, and she’s always up for a nice conversation or an impromptu team outing. Her catchphrase? Play hard, work hard, and never stop dreaming!

Shristi the “Good vibes girl”, one who keeps a smile on her face all the time. She enjoys exploring new places and listening to music, often spending her free time with family, relaxing. Along with her MBA, she has also gained experience as a Teacher (The good one) & is always ready for a new challenge.
On weekends, she loves dancing and playing games. Described by those around her as joyful (That’s so true), She brings a positive and energetic approach to everything she does (That’s just her magic).

A Civil Engineer with 5 Years of experience in the construction industry, Quantity estimation, costing and client management. Proven track record in quickly adapting to new challenges, expanding client networks, and streamlining project workflows across international markets.
Shivam “Mr. opportunity” currently leading the Civil Engineering department as a Senior Executive. He has been marked by notable contributions to major projects for Pumraw, He also played a key role in business development by securing a new client during his time being in New Zealand.
Out of the office Shivam enjoys night drives (Rest in Peace Sleep) & gym with Parth. On the weekends, you will find him playing pickleball and chess.

Known as “The Innovator,” Parth has his own unique approach to tackling challenges. Originally joined as a Civil Engineer, he doesn’t limit himself to one role. Parth contributes to Pumraw’s business development, Content marketing, social media, graphic design, and website management, all while seamlessly handling client relations. (Multi-talented!)
On weekends, you’ll find him immersed in video games in his room (Yes, that’s all he needs). Parth’s humor ensures the team stays energized and enjoys their time at work.
